Littleham Road Tallest Sunflower Competition

In the spring of 2022, the Littleham Road pod put together little gift packets of sunflower seeds and delivered them to every house on the street. We invited all our neighbours on Littleham Road to grow sunflowers over the summer of 2022, to celebrate our street with a burst of sunny colour.

Lots of people entered the Littleham Road Tallest Sunflower Competition. The heights and winners were anounced at the community celebration held at Bidmead Community Hall on Sunday 2nd October.

The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine
